What a difficult question. I l...Favorite workout? What a difficult question. I love HIIT workouts, running, and lifting (which I don't get to do as often as I like). Others are swimming (which is over for now), yoga, and playing soccer. I desperately want to get involved with CrossFit but currently I am a new mom, working on a new career, and focusing on a few other things that are all taking up a lot of time.
