It's time to celebrate! CrossFit Blackbeard is celebrating their first year in business! I have really enjoyed being part of the Blackbeard family and have already seen so many changes since I began. I look forward to seeing more from myself as I continue to make it a habit in my life.
We have teamed up to give away a Polar FT7 Heart Rate Monitor. I LOVE what my heart rate monitor reports to me during my CrossFit workouts and I have learned that CrossFit pushes me harder than any other workout! You will love having this tool to help you push yourself!

Right now my focus is yoga. Working on my inversions and balances!
ReplyDeleteFavorite workout? What a difficult question. I love HIIT workouts, running, and lifting (which I don't get to do as often as I like). Others are swimming (which is over for now), yoga, and playing soccer. I desperately want to get involved with CrossFit but currently I am a new mom, working on a new career, and focusing on a few other things that are all taking up a lot of time. Once things settle down I really want to get started. :)
ReplyDeleteFavorite workout is still running, but I'm still in love with lifting! I just need to make more time for it in the mornings to get the most from my workouts. One cannot rest solely on running to stay in tip top shape!
