#Giveaway and Review of #Reebok Z Goddess Running Shoes

I have just gotten back into working out since my latest health issue that has kept me away from the gym for months. Getting the motivation and excitement back is tough. I need the fire back, and right now, it's definitely a struggle.

Nothing helps that struggle more than some great looking and feeling running gear. Reebok just sent me some awesome running shoes to try out. These shoes are awesome. They are the Reebok Z Goddess shoes.


If there is one thing right now that I need, it is motivation. Well these shoes give it to me. I love how cute I feel in them, and then well the rest is just added bonus!

First of all, I love the color! So hot! And then there is the fact that they feel great! I have foot issues right away with shoes and it takes a while to break them in. Not these shoes! I loved them from the first step on the treadmill. They make me feel like I am gliding when I run or walk.

  9. Currently, my favorite workout is HIIT on the treadmill. I wear a HRM to track my heart rate and calories burned and I turn it into a game to see how many calories I can burn in a certain amount of time. It makes the time go by a lot faster (in my opinion) when I'm focusing on "just 50 more calories" rather than "just 20 more minutes".

  10. Yoga because it pushes my body to limits I can't ever imagine. Running is my #2 because I feel free and again, it pushes my limitations with each mile I run.

  14. My favorite workout is power yoga. Not necessarily flow because of all the shoulder strain, and I'm OK with hot. I like a teacher who plays music, reminds me where my hips should be, and I love hands on stretches but no one seems to do that anymore.

  18. running, because it's immediate gratification to see how much I've improved by (like distance/pace/heartrate, etc.) and burns an insane amount of calories for me.

  22. weights and anything i can workout with hubby. i like burpess and pushups and sit ups. its easy and i dont need too much gear. i would love to try kettle bells but with a wild 3 year old i worry it could be dangerous. hahaha

  31. I love jogging/running but only outside opposed to indoors on a treadmill or track. I love being outside with fresh air and it's never boring.

  45. I love to run (pushing 2 kids with them yelling to go faster, spinning, HITT, and weight lifting. I am always up for trying something new. Got to stay active and set an example for my kids!

  47. my favorite work out is actually doing wii-fit plus because i am disabled and post op rny. and the fact that i went from walker to cain to now just trying to walk on my own. its agreat way to work out

  54. It gives a great opportunity for both partners to stay in shape and spend time with one another. Ballroom dancing can be a very useful aerobic workout. Hop over to these guys
