You will choose a plan and make the payments. Then your child's college tuition and most fees are covered. OR you can start a Florida 529 Savings Plan that allows you to save at your own pace. You will invest tis savings into options that Florida Prepaid offers. Earnings are tax free if spent on qualified higher education expenses. The only issue with this is that it is not guaranteed like the Florida Prepaid.
