We are Livin' and Lovin' Life: The Color Run

My son and I had the BEST time on Saturday doing The Color Run in St. Petersburg, FL. It was truly the best day! After what happened on Friday at Sandy Hook, I, as a teacher and a mother was feeling shattered! It was so unimaginable... unthinkable. I was glad that I had an escape on Saturday. 
To be honest, I know that I enjoyed Saturday more because I knew that I had to stop and smell the roses!

  8. Never heard of this before, but you make it sound pretty awesome! It looks like one of the more fun running events, unlike a marathon haha :) It's a shame they don't do it in the UK, if I go travelling I might do it someday!

    1. You need to do one for sure! It was so much fun! Yes, much more fun than running a half... :) Too bad they haven't gone global yet, but they should!
